Resad Zacina

Resad Zacina is co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of Ministry of Programming, the Swedish/Bosnian venture builder he started in 2015 with Faris and Amra Zacina. He helps founders design, validate, and scale digital products — from first prototype through fundraising, hiring, and growth — rather than treating software as a hand-off.

Over more than a decade he has helped launch 120+ products and grown MOP into a company recognized twice on the Financial Times FT1000 (2020 and 2024) and as a Deloitte Fast 50 business. The studio has worked with startups and industry leaders across Europe, the Nordics, and MENA, investing, pitching, hiring, designing, and building alongside founders.

Previously: CTO at NAGA, engineering leadership at Fishbrain and Stylemarks/Juniqe, and software at Roche, Triton Digital, and Raiffeisen Bank.

Today he splits time between growth at MOP, angel investing, and mentoring founders through Nordic Angels, Founder Institute, Startup Grind Nordics, and Connect Sverige. Based in Stockholm, he writes about product partnerships, AI-era engineering, and what it actually takes to go from MVP to production.
