Faris Zacina is co-founder and CEO of Ministry of Programming, the product studio he bootstrapped in 2015 with his own savings — no outside investors. His work is to help founders assemble strong teams, ship products, and grow faster, across FinTech, HealthTech, MusicTech, and whatever category comes next.
Under his leadership MOP has built 100+ digital products, landed twice on the Financial Times FT1000 (2020 and 2024), and grown organically into a Swedish/Bosnian company with a global client base.
Previously: VP of Product at Werlabs, and earlier a software engineer and architect at Mixed in Key and Authority Partners.
He is also an angel investor, with 1.5M+ EUR invested across 15+ startups, and a Techstars mentor. He has spoken at DOERS Summit, Fast Growth Icons, Slush’d Sarajevo, and MusicTech Meets Private Capital, and writes regularly about software architecture, remote product teams, and building in an AI-native world.
