Evolving from a fast-moving startup to a robust enterprise-level platform over the past decade, AllEars had built a powerful internal system for audio and video monitoring. But with growing market traction, the next challenge emerged: transitioning this system into a public-facing platform. The goal of our work was to expose AllEars' core capabilities to a wider audience, enabling both inbound interest and outbound growth, while maintaining performance, security, and user experience.

We conducted a detailed review of the client's platform and offered clear recommendations to improve system architecture, user experience, and long-term scalability. Our input helped shape the roadmap for exposing internal features to external audiences, with a focus on growth and operational efficiency.

Fully Explorable Flow

To showcase AllEars' core functionality to new users, we built a no-login-required experience that mirrors the product's true capabilities. This explorable public flow allows visitors to test the platform instantly, removing friction and boosting engagement from the very first interaction.

Outbound Engine

We developed a new outbound engine designed to support freemium campaigns at scale.
It allows their marketing and sales teams to target thousands of potential users with personalized, limited-access dashboards, driving engagement and supporting outbound growth strategies.

New Public-Facing Landing Page

We designed and built a fast, SEO-optimized landing page that serves as the new entry point to All Ears. This page is structured to highlight product benefits, capture visitor interest, and convert traffic into qualified leads through the new Growth Platform experience.

Inbound Lead Generation MVP

In just four weeks, we delivered a functional MVP of the inbound lead generation platform. The system supports seamless entry into AllEars' ecosystem and demonstrates our ability to move fast while maintaining high technical quality - a foundation for further growth and experimentation.
