Evolving from a fast-moving startup to a robust enterprise-level platform over the past decade, AllEars had built a powerful internal system for audio and video monitoring. But with growing market traction, the next challenge emerged: transitioning this system into a public-facing platform. The goal of our work was to expose AllEars' core capabilities to a wider audience, enabling both inbound interest and outbound growth, while maintaining performance, security, and user experience.


The Growth Platform has been successfully delivered, and both the inbound and outbound flows are fully operational. The client also received a new and improved public-facing landing page with a state-of-the-art user tracking setup. They are now moving forward with opening up the system even further, using the ideas and suggestions we provided. All Ears is undoubtedly on the cutting edge of its field and is well-positioned for continued growth.
