Introductory Interview: This is an opportunity for mutual introduction. We will discuss you as a candidate, the position you applied for, our company, and the culture we nurture. The goal is to better understand your profile and expectations, as well as to give you a clearer picture of us. The introductory interview lasts between 30 and 60 minutes.
CV Presentation and Notes: After the introductory interview, your CV and our notes from the interview are presented to the hiring manager. They will decide on the next steps and the potential move to the technical interview.
Technical Interview: This interview does not include tasks or live coding but is conducted narratively. Two members of the technical team will lead the conversation with the goal of getting to know your experience, the technologies you’ve used, and your level of expertise. The technical interview usually lasts about an hour.
The evaluation process is continuous and informal throughout the year via team feedback. Additionally, we have a formal evaluation once a year where individual goals, performance, and further development plans are reviewed.
The onboarding process lasts several weeks and includes a detailed introduction to projects, technologies, tools we use, as well as our work processes. New team members receive a buddy who helps them integrate more easily into the team and the company. In addition, we have planned sessions for introductions with the founders, VPs, and the Talent Management team.
Yes, we offer the possibility of remote work as well as flexible working hours. We are aware that the balance between private and professional life is important, so we allow our employees to organize their working hours in line with business obligations.
We use a wide range of technologies depending on the project. Currently, most projects rely on technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, Java, .NET, as well as various cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. However, the technologies are tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
Each employee receives 20 vacation days. Additionally, they can earn 5 extra days for each year spent with the company, and up to 5 more days based on their total length of work experience.
