We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who combines strong technical judgment with hands-on engineering leadership. You will help a dynamic, multidisciplinary team deliver reliable products while shaping how we use AI, agents, and automated workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and operation of full-stack product features.
Translate product and business needs into pragmatic technical solutions, balancing speed, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Guide technical direction and facilitate architectural decisions across frontend, backend, data, integration, and cloud components.
Establish and promote sound engineering practices, including appropriate use of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, clean architecture, and automated testing.
Raise the quality of engineering work through thoughtful code reviews, pairing, technical documentation, and constructive feedback.
Mentor engineers and help the team develop stronger technical judgment, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
Lead technical discovery, break down complex initiatives, identify dependencies and risks, and support realistic delivery planning.
Collaborate closely with product owners/managers, designers, QA engineers, and client stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, container-based workflows, observability, and production reliability.
Lead the investigation of production incidents and ensure that root causes are addressed through lasting technical or process improvements.
Identify technical debt and drive pragmatic improvements to system design, maintainability, security, reliability, and developer experience.
Help define and evolve AI-assisted engineering workflows, including the use of coding assistants, agents, automated reviews, testing tools, and workflow orchestration.
Evaluate AI-generated output critically and ensure it meets expectations for correctness, security, privacy, performance, and maintainability.
6+ years of professional software development experience, including substantial experience delivering full-stack or backend-oriented systems.
Professional experience with one or more backend ecosystems, such as .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, or Go.
Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives or acting as a technical lead, mentor, or senior decision-maker within an engineering team.
Strong knowledge of software design, including OOP, SOLID principles, common design patterns, modular architecture, and clean-code practices.
Strong experience designing and building web APIs, with a solid understanding of HTTP, REST, authentication, authorization, error handling, API versioning, and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, forms, accessibility, responsive design, and API integration.
Experience with relational databases, including data modelling, SQL, schema migrations, transactions, indexing, and query optimisation.
Experience deploying and operating applications in a public cloud environment.
Working knowledge of CI/CD, containers, observability, application security, and production-support practices.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make well-reasoned technical decisions, and communicate trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools, agents, or automated engineering workflows.
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to guide work from early discovery through production operation.
Good written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed and client-facing environment.
Experience designing or operating agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation, or LLM-powered product features.
Experience with event-driven architecture, messaging systems, background processing, or distributed systems.
Experience with infrastructure as code and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, serverless architectures, or managed container platforms.
Experience leading technical discovery, solution workshops, or architecture discussions with clients.
Experience working in a consultancy, agency, startup, or other fast-moving multi-project environment.
